Simple Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment – €50

Explore your unique Ayurvedic constitution through a dosha test – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This assessment helps you better understand your natural strengths and weaknesses and adapt your diet and lifestyle accordingly. It’s your first step towards balance and wellbeing!

While it’s not a substitute for a full check-up, and won’t provide you with information to improve a specific imbalance, it does lay a solid foundation for a path to wellbeing. For a complete approach to your health and wellbeing, I strongly recommend that you take a full wellbeing check-up (see below).

Who Is It For?

  • People looking for balance and prevention: you are aware of your general wellbeing and want to maintain good physical and mental health. You don’t have any particular problem but just want advice on how to prevent illness and maintain an overall balance in your life.
  • People who are curious and open-minded: you are intrigued by Ayurveda and want to know your constitution (main dosha and secondary doshas) to enrich your understanding of your own body and wellbeing.
  • People on a tight budget: your budget is limited and you just want to know your constitution in order to better understand your body and mind, but without going into detail about a specific imbalance.

How Does The Consultation Work?

First Step

You will receive a questionnaire consisting of a series of questions designed to assess your physical, emotional and behavioural characteristics. The answers provided will enable me to determine the predominance of the doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) in your body and mind.

Second Step

You return the completed questionnaire to me.

Third Step

You will receive a detailed description of your constitution and advice on how to maintain physical and mental balance according to Ayurveda within a week of returning your questionnaire.


Complete Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment – €120

Includes:

  • A 1.5 hour consultation.
  • Creation of a personalised nutrition and lifestyle report.
  • A 30-minute call to present the report if required.

The aim of this consultation is to determine your unique Ayurvedic constitution, as well as the state of imbalance in which your body and mind find themselves.

I will inquire extensively about your lifestyle, daily routines, sleep quality, elimination, medical history, and more to fully comprehend your individual circumstances and pinpoint the source of any imbalances. Please be assured that this session will be conducted with compassion, privacy and respect.

Once this information has been gathered, I’ll be able to draw up a tailor-made nutrition and lifestyle plan, which may include herbs if necessary. This plan will be tailored to your specific needs, depending on your constitution and your physical and mental strength.

Who Is It For?

  • People suffering from physical, emotional or mental imbalances: you have a specific health problem (digestive problems, sleep problems, skin disorders, stress, anxiety, weight management, etc.) and would like to benefit from my expertise in Ayurveda to help you understand the cause of this problem and obtain advice to improve your current state in a holistic way.
  • People interested in a holistic approach: you want to take a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing, paying particular attention to your diet, lifestyle and daily routine.

How Does The Consultation Work?

First Step

You will receive a questionnaire to fill in at least a week before our first consultation to give me more information about your daily habits. This will enable me to focus my questions during our first consultation.

Second Step

Consultation lasting 1.5 hours.

Third Step

You will receive your report with your nutrition and lifestyle plan within a week of our consultation.

Fourth Step

Optional 30-minute call to review the report (to be arranged together).

Fifth Step

You begin to integrate the changes into your life and we schedule a follow-up consultation between two weeks and a month later to assess progress and adjust the plan if necessary.


Follow-up consultation – €60

Depending on your imbalances and needs, one or more follow-up consultations may be necessary. We’ll decide how many follow-up consultations you need together. Think of these consultations as a motivational boost and an opportunity to readjust your path so that you can continue to move towards your ideal of wellbeing.
