This comprehensive one-hour workshop invites you to explore how the practice of journaling and self-reflection, combined with the wisdom of yoga, can guide you towards a better understanding of yourself and help you transform your daily lives.

You will learn what Patanjali’s Sutras are and their relevance to modern life (we’ll focus on the yamas). You will leave with a wealth of information to enable you to improve your habits, thoughts and interactions to nurture more harmonious relationships with the world around you.

I create a space for reflection and exchange so that everyone can benefit from the ideas and reflections of others. I adapt the objective, duration and intensity of the workshop to suit the needs of the participants.
